Manage Claviate’s larger customer projects supporting the green transition

At Claviate, we have developed a revolutionary data platform built around advanced AI cameras deployed worldwide and we’re growing! Our solutions support the installation and documentation of wind turbines - both offshore and onshore.

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Project Manager with strong software and technical understanding and commercial acumen to lead the successful delivery of our large customer-facing projects with both wind turbine manufacturers and wind farm developers.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Manage customer projects from initiation through delivery
• Own project timelines, budgets, scope, risk, stakeholder and quality management
• Serve as the primary point of contact for our large enterprise customers, building trusted relationships through clear communication, transparency, and accountability
• Coordinate internally with our hardware team, data scientists, developers and management to ensure aligned execution
• Leverage technical expertise to understand customer needs and translate these into solution proposals in Claviates development roadmap
• Support the development and standardization of project management processes and contribute to improving internal processes and best practices

We’re looking for someone with:

• 5+ years experience in project management, preferably within the renewable energy sector
• Proven track record in leading complex software projects with large-scale customers
• Demonstrated success in customer-facing roles
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficient with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project management methodologies
• Strong team-player mindset to ensure internal collaboration and create customer satisfaction

It’s a plus if you also have:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Danish and German is advantageous
• Understanding of wind turbine construction processes and related technologies as foundations
• Flexibility to travel and work with international customers and projects
• Comfort in working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a proactive and flexible approach
